Long six years have passed since the moment we were able to enjoy the first pictures of highly-awaited
VW ‘one liter’ concept car. This car was predicted to go into production in 2012. But, everything turned to be better than manufacturers expected and we would see the car in 2010.
The concept was said to use JUST 0.83 liters per 100km, and it weights just 300kg. The final version will be a bit heavier due to additional safety components. Most likely the car will have a two cylinder turbo-diesel engine.
Love the style of this super hot vehicle and its aircraft-style canopy door, BTW, there will be two people in this car and the passenger will sit right behind the driver. Unfortunately, we still don’t know the price.
